Gary— Here are the proposal summary worksheets I developed, including one with considerably more data than the templates. It shows how things can be manipulated to reflect different circumstances. To change the sales tax rate, it’s necessary to “unhide” Column E in each sheet. I wanted to keep that hidden because I knew my fellow users would screw it up if I didn’t make it difficult for them to modify. To change the footer information (company address and phone numbers) it’s necessary to go to page setup, then the Header/Footer tab, and finally click the Custom Footer button. --Jim

Gary, hope this will help others. 1st one is pricing worksheet just finished last week with George’s help. Of course, I manually had to type our catalog into the 2nd worksheet where the first sheet goes to LOOKUP. People knowledgeable with spreadsheets know LOOKUP can lookup from other sources such as Access, etc. People wanting to use this will have to enter their whole catalog which is tedious. I proofed ours 3 times! 2nd one I call “Journal Punchout” for keeping track of punch-out work on jobs, projects. Pat
